Hi Everyone!
Are you having trouble figuring out our Adult Sailing Class registration system? Are you confused about how to enter your code? You have come to the right place! Here is a step by step guide on how to get yourself signed up for an Adult Sailing Class with Community Sailing. We offer a 4-Class Punch Card where you can pay for your punch card and choose the first class that best works for your schedule, then you will receive a code to redeem your 3 other sailing classes. Part 1 will be signing up for an Adult Sailing Class for the first time and Part 2 will be using your code to sign up for your other classes.
Part 1: Signing Up for an Adult Sailing Class for the first time
1. Go to our website: www.communitysailing.org
2. You can get to our booking calendar 2 ways
a. Under our “Register” tab you can click “All Other Programs (Location)” based off where you would like to take your class.
b. You can also go to our “Sailing Programs” tab and click “Adult Sailing”
i. Here you can browse our Adult Sailing Classes and hit “Sign Up Location” on the class of your choosing
3. If you hit “All Other Programs (Location)” you will see all of the sailing programs and opportunities Community Sailing offers
a. To get to our Adult Classes please click “Adult Programs”
b. Next, you can click the class you are looking to take. We offer Adult Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Sailing Classes
4. Once you have clicked the Adult Sailing Class you would like to sign up for you will see the booking calendar.
a. This is when you should select the first day you would like to start your sailing class.
b. You will now see two options, “Adult” and “Returning Customer with Coupon Code”
5. Please click “Adult” and add the number of adults you are signing up
a. Now you will input all of the required information
b. Please make sure to read the Swimming Prerequisite and Liability Waiver and accept the terms
c. You will also see the statement “After completing this purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique code that can be used to redeem your next 3 classes that best fit your schedule!”
6. After filling out all of the necessary information please proceed to the bottom and hit “Add to cart”
7. You’re almost there!
a. Now that you are are at the checkout page please review your cart and add your contact and payment information.
8. If you have realized you would like to add any other program you can go to the top of the page and hit “Keep shopping”
9. Then hit “Submit + Pay”! Boom, you have signed yourself up for an Adult Sailing Class with Community Sailing and are going sailing!
a. On the confirmation page, you will see your code to redeem your next 3 classes, this will also be sent in your confirmation email.
Part 2: Using your code to redeem your 3 other Adult Sailing Classes
1. Follow Part 1 steps 1-4 except when selecting your date please choose the day you would like to take your second Adult Sailing Class
2. Please then hit “Returning Customer with Coupon Code”
a. Now you will input all of the required information
i. Please make sure to read the Swimming Prerequisite and Liability Waiver and accept the terms
b. Use your confirmation email to find your code and enter it in the box
i. You will then see that the subtotal has been zeroed
3. After filling out all of the necessary information please proceed to the bottom and hit “Add to cart”
4. Now that you are at the checkout page please review your cart and add your contact information.
5. If you are ready to choose your 2 other dates for your punch card you can go to the top of the page and hit “Keep shopping” and go ahead and add the next date that works best for you and repeat the process for your last date
a. If you are not sure what other classes you are available for that is OK! You can book those at your convenience.
6. Next, hit “Submit + Pay”, the balance should be zero and boom, you have used your code to sign yourself up for your additional Adult Sailing Classes!!
