CSC offers an extensive Community Partnership Program that allows us to serve underresourced individuals. Through this partnership-based program, we work with service-oriented organizations within our community (ex: Boys & Girls Clubs, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Teens Inc., New America School, Youth Services Initiative, etc.) to provide fun and explorational time on the water. Many participants have no prior experience with sailing, let alone in natural water such as a lake or reservoir. These partnership-based events may look like a one-time session or a series of events and the participants may by youth or sometimes entire families, it all depends on what fits the need of their group best. Being able to serve youth and their families in this way makes for an incredibly fun and also enriching opportunity.
